Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Returns & Warranty Policy
All sales are final. Barebone does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind on size, color, fit, or style.
Washed or Used Items
Items that have been washed, worn, or used in any way are no longer eligible for any claim, faulty or otherwise. Washing or use is considered acceptance of the product in its current condition.
Warranty Window
Claims for faulty items must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims raised after this period will not be honored, with no exceptions.
Faulty Item Claims
If your item is genuinely faulty and within the 7 day warranty window, the following process applies:
- Contact us at @barebonestore within 7 days of delivery with a proof of unboxing video. Claims without this documentation will not be considered
- All faulty claims are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion
- Approved faulty items must be shipped back to us before any replacement is issued. We do not send replacements in advance
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- All shipping, packaging, and handling costs associated with returning a faulty item are the customer's responsibility. Barebone does not cover or reimburse return shipping
- If approved, we will issue a one time replacement only. We do not issue cash, store credit, or any form of refund
- Faulty items received by us are never resold. They are returned to the manufacturer or donated to recycling partners
Final Terms
By placing an order with Barebone, the customer agrees to these terms in full. Barebone reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above conditions, and reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy constitutes the sole remedy available to customers regarding product defects and supersedes any verbal or written communication to the contrary.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to a non refundable chargeback fee, charged regardless of cancellation outcome, to cover payment processing costs already incurred.

This fee is deducted from any refund issued for a cancelled order. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this fee should they choose to cancel. Barebone reserves the right to deny cancellation requests once an order has entered fulfillment.

Extreeeemely smooth shopping experience! I’ve been using moonshape for YEARS. I’ve tried other brands just for fun, but I make sure I’ve always got my Barebone as back up. She’s sticky, easy to maintain, and doesn’t cause a reaction on my sensitive skin. And I don’t use the non-adhesive one.

Ive always been a fan of the no glue silicone pasties and i love thats its improved! Ive had my old ones for 3-4 years so i decided to change them out! Its defo improved and better now!! I love them! Hopefully you will have them in more colours too!!

Really sleek and good for keeping nipple pasties. It takes up less space than I initially thought before ordering so it’s an ideal size for when I’m travelling

Bare bone has always been my go to for seamless nipple covers and so does my daughters. We used to buy it in the mall but those came in boxes and no pouch. WIll order again.
Been a Barebone user since the pandemic (or was it just right after) and they never fail me! Oh how I enjoy the feeling of being "braless" and no more tight straps or that awkward feeling of choosing your bra size (even at my age!). I also use it for long walks and it sticks even with the sweat.
I ordered and needed it on the same day, so the site's same-day delivery literally saved me. 💙 It stayed on all night too, no uncomfortable feeling, it was like nothing was there, but it also felt secure and I knew it wasn't going to budge. Thanks, Barebone!
