Shipping Policy

Hello, love. Before anything else, two words we want to gently clarify, because they trip a lot of people up:

Shipping is the day your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery is the day it arrives at your door.

How we ship

We pack and ship in order number sequence, with set weekly cutoffs. It is how our small team keeps every order accurate, and we are grateful for your patience while we get yours right.

Delivery via LBC

Once shipped, LBC delivers within 3 to 5 days, counted from your shipping day.

Tracking numbers

We encode tracking numbers by hand and send them in batches, so they can take up to 48 hours after your shipping day. Thank you for bearing with us. Yours will arrive via email or text, so please make sure both are correct on your order form.

When will I receive my order?
Find your cutoff in the schedule above for your shipping day, then add 3 to 5 days for LBC delivery.

I placed a preorder. When will it ship?
Preorders ship first in, first out, by order number. The earlier you ordered, the earlier yours leaves our warehouse once stock arrives. We do it this way to keep things fair for everyone.

I ordered a preorder and an in stock item together. Does the in stock item ship first?
Not quite. Orders under one order number ship together once the preorder item arrives, since there is one shipping fee per order. We know the wait is not ideal, and we appreciate your patience. If you would like your in stock pieces sooner, placing them as a separate order works best.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, within Metro Manila only, via pickup. Choose pickup at checkout, then book a rider through Grab, Lalamove, or your preferred courier. The fee at checkout is a small staff handling fee. Pickup is available Monday to Thursday, 12 PM to 4 PM, and full instructions are in your order confirmation email.

Can I change my order?
We wish we could, but once an order is placed our system does not allow changes. If an address update or addition is made, your shipping schedule may move slightly.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand that plans change. Just message us and we will place your order on hold right away, which means it will not ship on its original schedule. It will be cancelled unless you let us know otherwise. A small chargeback fee applies, as we incur costs processing your order and payment, and we hope you understand.
